We provide Free Shipping on orders over $50 and $2.95 shipping on orders below $50 within the United States for accessories delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, depending on the size of your order. Faster Priority shipping via (within continental U.S.) is also available at an additional cost.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Please note that in some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delayed on your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Service Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: (USPS 1st Class Mail within U.S. only) 5 to 7 business days (delivery time not guaranteed).
Faster Priority Shipping: (U.S. only) 3 to 4 business days.

Returns:
All purchases come with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the product for a full refund, less cost of Shipping and Handling. Customer pays shipping on all returns. All orders that were shipped free will be charged a $5 fee to cover original shipping & handling cost incurred by Absolute4.com. The product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition to qualify for a full refund. Items missing packaging or damaged packaging will incur a $3 fee. All credits will be issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at sales @ Absolute4.com.
Please note Ear Buds, Headsets, Bluetooth Headsets and other hands free devices you wear on your head or in your ear are not returnable due to health and sanitary concerns. If a hands free ear bud or headset is defective, we will replace it with the same exact unit.
Software and Data Cables can not be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
Exchange:
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement as soon as we receive the original product. We will pay UPS Ground or US Postal Service shipping of the original product and send you the replacement at no charge. No exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at sales @ Absolute4.com.
